Subprocessors

To operate AutoPrintFarm, we use a small set of vetted third-party vendors (“subprocessors”). Each receives only the data needed for its function, under its own privacy and security terms and under contract with us. This page supports our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We remain responsible for our subprocessors’ handling of personal data.

Infrastructure and core service

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — application compute, file/object storage, caching and CDN, and transactional email (Cloudflare Email Service).
• Neon (USA) — primary application database (serverless Postgres): accounts, orders and customer data, billing state, and operational records.
• Fly.io (USA) — real-time WebSocket server, camera relay, and cloud-slicing infrastructure.

Payments and shipping

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — subscription billing and shipping charges; card vaulting. Card data is held by Stripe, not by us.
• Shippo (USA) — shipping-label purchase, rating, tracking, and address/customs handling; receives ship-from/ship-to and customs data and shares it with the selected carrier.

Authentication and notifications

• Google LLC — sign-in, only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Microsoft Corporation — sign-in, only if you choose Microsoft sign-in.
• Apple Inc. — sign-in (Sign in with Apple) and push notifications to iOS devices.

Connected stores (only those you connect)

• Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Wix, and WooCommerce — exchange of order and fulfillment data for stores you choose to connect.

Support

• GitHub, Inc. (USA) — internal handling of support requests and diagnostics you send us.

Changes

We may add or replace subprocessors as the service evolves. We’ll update this page when we do; where we act as your processor, we’ll provide a way to be notified of changes and a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate data-protection grounds, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
