Do I really need the hub?
Yes — the hub is what connects your printers to AutoPrintFarm. It bridges them to the cloud over your local network so you can monitor, queue, and dispatch jobs without slicer plugins, SD cards, or port forwarding. One hub covers up to five printers.
What does it cost?
On the Free plan the hub is a one-time $9 (plus shipping). On Pro, it’s included — we ship one to you free when you subscribe. Either way it’s a one-time piece of hardware, not a recurring charge.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship the hub within the United States and Canada. More regions are coming — if you’re elsewhere, email nate@autoprintfarm.com and we’ll let you know when we reach you.
How many printers can one hub handle?
Up to five. If you run more than that, just add another hub — they each connect their own printers to the same workspace, so your whole floor still lives in one place.
What if my Wi-Fi or the internet goes down?
Any print already running keeps going — the job lives on the printer, not the hub. You temporarily lose live monitoring and the ability to dispatch new jobs, and everything catches up automatically when the connection returns.
Can I set it up later?
Absolutely. Plenty of people sign up first, add their print files, products, and inventory, and order the hub when they’re ready. Nothing about setup is locked behind having the hardware in hand.
