Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated June 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses AutoPrintFarm and to everything you upload, slice, host, store, dispatch, print, manufacture, fulfill, ship, or sell using the Service. If you violate this AUP, we may remove content and suspend or terminate your access — see “Enforcement” below. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.
1. General rule
Use the Service only for your own lawful 3D-printing operation and only for content and products you have the legal right to produce. You are solely responsible for everything you do through the Service and for everything you make and sell using it.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Upload, host, store, transmit, slice, print, or distribute any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, harassing, or that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Access or attempt to access another customer’s data, workspace, hub, or camera, or any part of the Service you’re not authorized to use; probe or scan for vulnerabilities; or circumvent security or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape (except via our documented APIs), resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service except as the law expressly permits.
- Use the Service in a way that violates U.S. export-control or sanctions laws (see the Terms of Service).
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation, or use the Service to deceive or defraud anyone, including your own customers.
3. Weapons and dangerous items — flat prohibition
Because AutoPrintFarm physically helps you manufacture goods, the following is a strict, zero-tolerance prohibition. You may not use the Service to upload, host, store, slice, print, manufacture, advertise, fulfill, ship, or sell, and you may not use any file whose purpose or reasonably foreseeable use is to make, any of the following — regardless of whether it is described as a “prop,” “toy,” “model,” “replica,” “non-functional,” or for “educational” or “novelty” use:
- Any firearm, or any firearm frame, receiver, or other regulated firearm component or part;
- Any “ghost gun,” untraceable, or undetectable firearm, or any component designed to defeat firearm detection or serialization;
- Any suppressor/silencer, magazine, auto-sear, conversion device, or other component that increases a weapon’s lethality or rate of fire;
- Any ammunition, explosive, incendiary, or destructive device;
- Any other weapon, weapon component, or item designed or intended to cause physical harm; and
- Any chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) material or device.
You also may not use the Service to make or sell any other item whose manufacture, possession, sale, or transfer is regulated or prohibited where you or your customer is located (for example, certain knives, medical devices, drug paraphernalia, or items requiring licenses you don’t hold) unless you fully comply with every applicable law and hold every required license, and you remain solely responsible for doing so.
4. Intellectual property and counterfeit goods
You may only print, manufacture, and sell items you have the legal right to produce. You represent and warrant that you own, or are validly licensed to use, all rights in every model, design, and file you use with the Service, and that your products do not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, or right of publicity. You may not produce or sell counterfeit goods or items that bear another party’s marks or designs without authorization. We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA and may remove content or terminate repeat infringers as described in the Terms of Service.
5. Customer data and marketing
When you connect a store, the buyer/customer data we sync for you may be used only to fulfill those orders. You may not use the Service, or data obtained through it, to send unsolicited marketing to your customers in violation of law, to build a contact database for unrelated purposes, or to sell or transfer that data to third parties. You are responsible for complying with privacy and consumer-protection laws in your dealings with your customers.
6. Shipping
If you use shipping features, you must also follow the Shipping Label Terms, including the prohibitions on shipping prohibited, restricted, or hazardous items and the customs and export-compliance requirements.
7. Enforcement
We are not obligated to monitor or pre-screen content or activity, and we do not. But we may, in our sole discretion and without liability, investigate suspected violations and remove or disable content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access immediately and without prior notice or a cure period, and withhold any refund, if we believe you have violated this AUP, the Terms of Service, or the law, or to protect the Service, other users, the public, or AutoPrintFarm. Where we reasonably believe activity is unlawful — particularly involving weapons, dangerous items, exploitation of minors, or fraud — we may report it to and cooperate with law enforcement and regulators (including the ATF, the U.S. Department of State, and other authorities) and disclose relevant information, and you consent to that disclosure. Our enforcement rights are in addition to all other remedies available to us.
8. Reporting and contact
To report a violation or abuse, email legal@autoprintfarm.com. We may update this AUP from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
